Since 1987 we have been drawing the map of taste in our brasserie in Hasselt. Always with a nose for innovation, never without losing sight of the classics. Here there is something for everyone thanks to the flexibility of our experienced kitchen team: from veggie and vegan options to seasonal daily menus, traditional dishes, culinary suggestions, lobster and oysters from our own homarium and not to forget our famous C.Gras. Surprisingly versatile in other words.
